CATAPULT is a six-month mentoring program designed with insight, support, discussion, strategy, and tools with full attention on you and the life that surrounds your work.

It happens in the cracks of your life. Low in time and high in impact. And it is uniquely designed for you.

CATAPULT tends to be a good fit for people who:

Are high achievers but measure themselves against everyone else

Are ambitious but not clear about next steps, or, are clear about them and not moving

Don't feel they can fit one more thing in, and yet know something needs to change

Have conflicting time, financial, or caring responsibilities

Secretly feel a decline in energy, focus, or passion they haven't told anyone about

Want to talk deeply and deliberately with someone who genuinely gets it (and offers solutions that support increasing capacity)

Before any place is confirmed, we have a fit conversation — to make sure CATAPULT is right for you, and you're right for CATAPULT.

Places are limited. Katy works deeply at this level with a small number of people at any one time.
